May Habib is a director in the Acquisitions and Strategy unit of ATIC, Mubadala's high-tech investing arm. Habib helped establish ATIC in January 2009 as a member of ATIC's founding team. Habib has been involved in every tech deal ATIC/Mubadala has done over the past two and a half years and was an architect of the group's venture capital investing strategy. Previously, she was a banker with Lehman Brothers in New York. She is also founder of Qordoba Ltd, a language technologies company dedicated to creating high-quality digital content in the Arabic language. She has a degree in Economics and Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from Harvard College.
