Description
The recent subprime mortgage and credit crisis that originated in the U.S. has had far-reaching effects on the global economy and real estate markets. The Asian real estate market has seen a quicker rebound largely due to the absence of structured credit instruments and low levels of leverage. Encompassing the perspectives of investors, developers, and architects, the panelists will discuss real estate as an asset class, investment opportunities that have emerged as a result of the global financial crisis, and future trends in design and development.
