Small Group Lunches

A series of small group lunches with 8 to 10 students per speaker will be held in various project rooms in Spangler Hall. This event will give our guest speakers and participants opportunities to interact in a more intimate setting.  Sign-ups will be available to registrants via online poll and during in-person Registration.

Charles Cocktail & Career Networking Reception
and Conference Resume Book

The Charles Cocktail & Career Networking Reception is an annual event that offers guests the opportunity to meet with speakers, panelists, and organizers of the Conference.  All registrants also have the opportunity to submit their resumes to be included in a book provided to organizations sponsoring and participating in the Conference.

Charles Banquet

Saturday, Feb 14, 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The Charles Banquet is an exclusive, annual dinner event that takes place shortly after the Cocktail Reception. Tickets will be available for 60 guests only. The Banquet promises to be an evening of good food and good company as the speakers, organizers, and guests at the conference get to know each other.
