A series of small group lunches with 8 to 15 students per speaker will be held in various project rooms in Spangler Hall. This event will give our guest speakers and participants opportunities to interact in a more intimate setting. All lunch rooms are now full.

The Career Fair provides all attendees the opportunity to network with representatives from official sponsors of the conference as well as other selective organizations. All speakers are also welcome to use this forum to informally interact with conference participants.
One of the main purposes of this conference is to provide a platform for people with diverse backgrounds to meet and exchange business ideas related to Asia. As such, we encourage every one to fully take advantage of this opportunity to form long lasting professional and personal relationships.
Refreshments will be served.

The Charles Ball Cocktail Reception is an annual black tie event that offers guests the opportunity to meet with speakers, panelists, and organizers of the Conference. A keynote address is also scheduled from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Saturday, February 10, 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm
The Charles Ball Banquet Dinner is an exclusive, annual black tie dinner event that takes place shortly after the Cocktail Reception. Tickets will be available for 60 guests only. The Banquet Dinner promises to be an evening of good food and good company as the speakers, organizers, and guests at the conference get to know each other.
