Introduction

Thank you to all speakers, sponsors, organizers, and participants for making the Asia Business Conference 2008 a success! Photos of the event have been posted.

The Asia Business Conference is the largest Asia-focused business conference in North America. It is organized annually by three Harvard University student organizations: The Asia Business Club, a student club of Harvard Business School, Inc.; The Harvard Asia Law Society of Harvard Law School; and The East Asian Caucus of The John F. Kennedy School of Government. The conference aims to foster meaningful discussion on policies and trends that dominate the business and legal institutions of modern Asia. To this end, the conference organizes a series of keynote speeches, plenary sessions, topical panels, and social events featuring distinguished leaders from industry, government, and academia who have intimate experience with Asia. The theme of the Asia Business Conference this year is "Asia: Reshaping the World," a polestar for an exploration of the multitudinous ways in which economic, political, and legal developments in Asia have influenced both Asian and global institutions.

The conference will take place on March 8–9, 2008, at the Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.
